I actually got some sleep last night. Went to bed at 12:30, up at 8:00. It was nice.

Hot as eff again today. I'm so ready for it to cool off. I definitely won't say I'm a cold weather person yet tho.

The Yankees are currently ahead of the Rays 6-3 in the 6th. This will bring the Red Sox closer getting near the AL East lead. I just hope the Yankees don't get hot. And the Twins should keep sucking too.

I watched the second hour of the new 90210 last night. Not too bad. I think it will find its footing after a couple episodes.

Palin is giving her speech tonight at the RNC. I might watch. I should watch. Depends where I am.

I really don't have much else to say. I'm kinda blown. See previous post.

I used to not want Barry to do it.  Hell, I was mad when he broke McGwire's record because I was always a big fan from his Athletics days.    And then once the allegations started pouring in about the steroids, I started to hate Barry cause he cheated to break McGwire's record.  Then we found out McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, Canseco, etc., had all cheated too.  So I was mad for a long time.  But then I heard somewhere that the last 20 years of baseball have been the steroid era meaning this is the baseball you grew up with either hate it or love it.  So I chose the latter.  So congrats to Bonds, I really hope they never find shit on you so there has to be an asterisk, but congratulations now.

AL East
Currently my Red Sox are ten games up on the Blue Jays and those fucking Yankees.  Sweet.
What I want to happen: Sox win the division.
What will happen: Sox win the division.  Cheah.

AL Central
Right now the Tigers are only a game up on the Indians for first.
What I want to happen: Indians win the division.
What will happen: Possibly a one game playoff for the division title, but I think the Tigers have it.

AL West
The Angels are two and a half games up on the Mariners.
What I want to happen: Athletics win the division.
What will happen: Angels win the division.

AL Wildcard
Right now the Indians are 1.5 games up on the Mariners.
What I want to happen: Tigers or the Angels to win.
What will happen: Indians win.

NL East
Mets are two games up on the Braves.
What I want to happen: Mets win the division.
What will happen: Braves win the division.

NL Central
Brewers are 4.5 games up on the Cubs.
What I want to happen: Either the Cubs or Cardinals to win the division.
What will happen: Brewers win the division as Cubs collapse down the stretch.

NL West
Padres are a game up on the Dodgers.
What I want to happen: Dodgers win the division.
What will happen: Dodgers win the division.

NL Wildcard
Dodgers are two games up on the Braves.
What I want to happen: Cubs win.
What will happen: Mets win.
